Study – Savor – Simplify
As I’ve grown as a human, I’ve realized that there are two sides to health: physical and spiritual. Trying to figure out the right balance between the two has been my challenge as I transition into adulthood. This blog is the place where I write about it.
My philosophy is that becoming both spiritually and physically healthy comes down to three things: studying everything around me to learn the most I can out of everything, savoring life’s experiences, and simplifying things that have been made overly complicated.
If you want to know the basics, I’m a 20-something (I say that because I want to avoid saying “late twenties”. SO GROSS.) Denver transplant who (obviously) loves all things outdoors, eating super healthy foods, Jesus, crossfit, seller of awesome socks, dogs, and so many more things. I’m also trying really hard to be a whiskey enthusiast. But that’s another story for another blog.
If you want to know more about me, just read the blog! I’ve actually recently declared a pivot. You can read all about that here.
